Glassprinting

Yesterday I tried impossibly difficult stencil printing onto a glass vase, I think it could look really cool but I have to work out a better way of doing it to make it easier, a lot of thinking about this is next. Hope to work it out!

"Botanical Art" New prints!

Aah what a long day! I finished my 'aubergine prediction print', Twice!
Here they both are - as well as a photo of my real Aubergine babies..
I have just sent these off to Artist and Illustrators Magazine for their Botanical Art issue.

Learning to Love Landscapes

Playing about with the visual style that I developed in December, I'm trying to learn to love landscapes. I don't like drawing hundreds of trees -I bloody hate it, so with this way of printmaking hopefully I can make it enjoyable! The top two are inspired by a visit to the Russel Coates Museum and Art Gallery, and below is a copy of Raoul Dufy's Racetrack at Deauville. And, yep, I have enjoyed doing these..
